Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We cannot guarantee the outcome of services provided and make no warranties that our services will meet your expectations.

SECTION 6 – PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date payment information. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with the services you purchase, including any taxes and other applicable fees.

If your payment is declined or your account information is found to be inaccurate, we reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any pending orders.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or representations of any kind. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

We are not obligated to keep any comments confidential, pay compensation for any comments, or respond to them.

SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions outlined in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content for unlawful purposes, to violate laws, infringe upon intellectual property rights, or to upload harmful malware or spam. You may not harass, abuse, or discriminate against others through the service.

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the results obtained through the use of our services.

In no case shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or products procured using our services.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

You or we may terminate these Terms of Service at any time. You may stop using our services by notifying us, and we may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated the terms.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tasvik and supersede any prior agreements.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of India.

SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

SECTION 20 – FREE TRIAL

We may offer a Free Trial to new users for promotional purposes. The Free Trial lasts for 7 consecutive days from the date of account activation. During this period, users are allowed to access one (1) of the following services:

• One long-form video edit (maximum length: 5 minutes), OR
• One short/reel-style video edit (e.g., for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok). OR
• One thumbnail/graphics edit

Only one video edit (either long or short) may be used during the Free Trial. Additional services, edits, or revisions are not included.

-The video edited during the free trial may contain Watermark, which can be removed with a small fee.

After the 7-day period, or after the single video edit has been completed, a paid subscription or service plan is required to continue using Tasvik’s offerings. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Free Trial at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 21 – THIRD-PARTY SALES PARTNERS

Tasvik may collaborate with independent third-party sales partners to promote and refer our services. These individuals or entities are not employees, agents, or official representatives of Tasvik, and they operate solely as independent promoters.

Tasvik does not assume responsibility for any communications, offers, promises, or representations made by third-party partners. All official communication from Tasvik is conducted exclusively through our verified WhatsApp number and official email: tasvikservices@gmail.com.

We will never ask for OTPs, passwords, or any sensitive personal information through unofficial channels. If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent Tasvik, please verify their identity through our official contact methods before proceeding.

SECTION 22 – VIDEO EDITOR PARTNER TERMS

This section applies to individuals or entities partnering with Tasvik to provide video editing services ("Video Editor Partners").

a. Independent Contractor Status

Video Editor Partners operate as independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between Tasvik and the Video Editor Partner.

b. Assignment and Delivery

Tasvik may assign video editing projects to Video Editor Partners based on availability, expertise, and project requirements. Partners agree to deliver completed projects in accordance with the specifications, quality standards, and deadlines provided for each assignment.

c. Compensation

Payment terms, including rates and schedules, will be communicated prior to the commencement of each project. Payments will be processed upon satisfactory completion and approval of the assigned work, in accordance with the agreed terms.

d. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Video Editor Partners may have access to confidential information and materials. Partners agree to maintain the confidentiality of all such information and not to disclose or use it for any purpose outside the scope of the assigned projects. All intellectual property rights in the edited videos and related materials shall be the exclusive property of Tasvik or its clients.

e. Quality Assurance and Revisions

Partners are expected to deliver high-quality work that meets Tasvik's standards. Tasvik reserves the right to request reasonable revisions to ensure client satisfaction.

f. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with written notice. Tasvik reserves the right to terminate the relationship immediately in cases of misconduct, breach of agreement, or failure to meet quality standards.

SECTION 23 – INFLUENCER MARKETING & BRAND COLLABORATION TERMS

This section applies to creators, influencers, and brands participating in influencer marketing collaborations facilitated by Tasvik.

a. Monthly Service Fee

Creators or influencers who subscribe to Tasvik’s influencer marketing services agree to pay a fixed monthly service fee. This fee grants access to campaign opportunities, brand collaborations, and ongoing support from Tasvik. The fee is non-refundable and payable in advance each month to maintain active participation.

b. Commission on Brand Collaborations

Tasvik charges a commission on the total value of each successful brand collaboration or sponsorship deal facilitated through our platform. The commission rate will be communicated prior to the commencement of each campaign and may vary based on the brand, project scope, and negotiated terms.

c. Payment and Disbursement

Payments from brand sponsors will be processed and disbursed to creators only after deducting Tasvik’s commission and once the brand confirms satisfactory completion of campaign deliverables. Tasvik is not responsible for any delays caused by brand approval processes or payment timelines.

d. Campaign Requirements and Compliance

Creators are required to fulfill all campaign deliverables according to the agreed brief, timeline, and quality standards set forth by the brand and Tasvik. Failure to comply may result in withheld payments or suspension from future collaborations.

e. Independent Contractor Status

Creators and influencers engaged through Tasvik operate as independent contractors. This agreement does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between Tasvik and the creator or brand.

f. Ethical Conduct and Transparency

Any misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, or failure to maintain transparency in campaign reporting or communications may lead to immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

i. While we strive to secure brand promotions and collaborations as part of our services, we do not guarantee the successful acquisition or number of brand deals. We shall not be held liable for any failure to deliver brand promotions or partnerships.

24. Influencer Partnership – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between TASVIK (hereafter referred to as "we", "our", or "the Agency") and any influencer (hereafter referred to as "you" or "the Creator") who subscribes to our influencer campaign management services.

24.1 Monthly Subscription Fee

• A monthly fee is charged in advance and is non-refundable, except in special cases (see Section 24.10).
• This fee covers:
  • Brand research & outreach
  • Communication and negotiation with brands
  • Campaign management and reporting

Note: Fees may vary based on your engagement rate, platform, workload, content niche, or deal volume. Any adjustments will be communicated in advance.

24.2 1-Month Trial Policy

• Trial includes full access to brand pitching, communication, and negotiation.
• No subscription fee is charged during the trial.
• Our 20% commission still applies on any paid deals facilitated during the trial.
• The trial helps reduce the need for portfolio sharing due to privacy concerns.
• You may freely cancel before moving to a paid plan if unsatisfied.

24.3 Barter Deal Handling Fee

• A fee of 499–₹999 per accepted barter deal is charged.
• Covers coordination, communication, and execution.
• Only applicable when you accept the barter collaboration.

24.4 Paid Deal Commission

• A flat 20% commission is charged on all paid deals facilitated by TASVIK.
• For large, long-term, or high-value campaigns, we are open to negotiating flexible terms.

24.5 Campaign Execution & Creator Control

• You maintain full control over which collaborations to accept.
• No campaign is executed without your written or verbal approval.
• You may continue working with brands independently—we do not restrict this.

24.6 Brand Pitches & Reporting

• We commit to a fixed number of brand pitches per month, based on your niche.
• A monthly report will be provided with details of brands pitched and their responses—even if a deal doesn’t close.

24.7 Content Ownership & Creative Freedom

• You retain full ownership of all brand-related content you create.
• All creative planning, revisions, and final approvals will happen with your active input.
• Deadlines will be managed collaboratively to ensure quality output.

24.8 Payment Flow & Timelines

• Payments are usually made directly to you by the brand.
• In certain cases, payments may be routed through TASVIK.
• Standard brand payment timelines range from 15–45 days post-campaign.
• We ensure the brand provides written confirmation (email, message, or agreement) with clear deliverables and payment terms.
• Where possible, we also request 30–40% advance payment from the brand to secure your work.

24.9 Privacy & Data Usage

• Your personal data is 100% private.
• It is only shared with brands during the pitching process.
• We never sell or distribute your data to third parties.

24.10 Refund & Accountability Policy

• If no brand deal is closed during a paid month, we may offer a 50–70% partial refund, based on the level of outreach and campaign progress.
• If zero deals are secured across two consecutive paid months, TASVIK will:
  • Voluntarily cancel your subscription, and
  • With your consent, offer to merge your profile with partner agencies or creators to increase visibility.

24.11 Onboarding

• Before starting, you’ll receive a Google Form with a clear summary of these terms.
• Once agreed upon, these terms form the basis of our working relationship and protect the interests of both parties.

Section 25: Portfolio Usage Rights

By using our services, you grant Tasvik permission to display completed work (including edited videos, thumbnails, photos, or designs) in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes.

We will never share any sensitive or unreleased content without your prior consent. If you wish to opt-out of portfolio display for specific projects, please notify us in writing before the final delivery.
